Wendy (Owner)
Wendy created hair off bellair in 1988 and, with hard work and courage, has taken the business to where it is today – an icon in Kensington and its sister salon in West Melbourne. Wendy's warmth and concern for clients has ensured their loyalty over the years. She leads a team of longer-serving and new talents:

Elvira (Executive Manager)
Elvira is the manager at our West Melbourne salon and a major contributor to the hair off bellair management. She has spent 20 years in the hair industry and her experience manifests itself in a complete range of hairdressing talents. Couple this with her positive approach and she is ideally placed to train and mentor junior staff and run the hair salon. Clients never fail to compliment her endeavors.

Availability – Tuesday (9am–8pm), Wednesday (10am–3pm), Thursday (12.30pm–9pm), Friday (10am–6pm), Saturday (9am–5pm)

Shelley (Advanced Stylist)
Shelley has almost 20 years of experience in the hair industry, including work at hair salons in England, Ireland and New Zealand. During her last time in London, she did extensive training at Vidal Sassoon Training School, refining her already brilliant cutting skills. She loves working with straight and particularly curly hair.

Availability – Wednesday (9am–8pm), Thursday (10am–9pm), Fridy (9am–6pm), Saturday (8am–5pm)

Kirsty (Advanced Stylist/Hair Extension Consultant)
As a key member of the team, Kirsty is highly experienced and professional. Following 10 year-experience, Kirsty is now pre-eminent in growing our "hair extension" clientele. Her warm and pleasant nature has ensured an extremely loyal client base for the hair salon. Great with "curls" and loves "bridal work".

Availability: currently on maternity leave

Megan (Advanced Stylist)
Megan has been with our Kensington salon for over 5 years and has joined our West Melbourne team. She is known for her creative restyle haircuts and has a warm friendly manner. Clients are never dissapointed.

Availability – Tuesday (2pm–9pm)

Karlie (Stylist)
Karlie, our newest stylist, has previously worked at a North Melbourne hair salon. You will find her a joy to get to know, and she will win your confidence with her skills and personality.

Availability – Tuesday (11.30am–9pm), Wednesday (10am–3pm), Thursday (3pm–9pm), Saturday (10am–5pm)

Kirsten (Junior Stylist)
Kirsten is a very talented young hairdresser; her men's and ladies' cutting is truly brilliant. All her work is mentored by her senior colleagues. These are Kirsten's discount rates:

Tints – 10% off
Blow waves – 10% off
Hair up (not including styling) – 20% off
Kids' hair cuts – 10% off
Ladies' hair trims and men's hair cuts – 15% off
Foiling (part line/not super blonde) – 20% off

Vicky (Beauty Therapist)
Vicky is a highly experienced beauty therapist who has spent many years with Ella Baché and also in Kensington and North Melbourne area. Vicky's warm and professional manner has been a joy to the team. We can now offer our clients a more efficient way of managing their time when visiting us to have beauty services while their hair colour or treatments process. Massage, manicure/pedicure, including bio-sculptured gel nails, and spray tanning available.

Availability: currently on maternity leave

Elisa (Beauty Therapist)
Elisa is assisting with spray tanning and nails during Vicky's maternity leave. Previously working at Brazillian Butterfly, you will find Elisa eager to look after your manicures.
