Wendy created hair off bellair and, with hard work and courage, has taken the business to where it is today – an icon in Kensington and its sister salon in West Melbourne. Wendy's warmth and concern for clients has ensured their loyalty over the years. She leads a team of longer-serving hairdressers and more recent addition of talents:

Jacqui is the Salon Supervisor in Kensington. Jacqui has vast experience including a spell in the United Kingdom (Kensington, London; would you believe!). Her "specialities" include blonde foils, elaborate and straight blow waves. As a supervisor, she assists in training and mentoring younger members of the salon. She has built up a loyal following since her return in 2004.

Since 2004 Jessica has developed her own significant clientele. Exceptional at the "roughed up, lived in" style, she maintains an edge in restyling and reshaping – which the modern male insists upon these days.

Megan has been with hair off bellair since 2006 and can be described as a true talent. Her speciality is contemporary style. There is "no fear" when it comes to edgy, funky styles for the progressive client, although she can still master more traditional styles with ease.

Emily is our resident apprentice. She started her training in late 2006 and is already showing confidence with her blow waves and waxing (and has had some "re-books" to prove it!). Emily is fully supported by our senior stylists. Note: make an appointment with Emily and receive 15% to 30% off (excludes waxing)!

Clare began as a schoolgirl client when hair off bellair was operating in Bellair Street. Studying psychology and marketing, she is our hostess, making sure the salon is operating smoothly and efficiently.
